Staying here was a delight as we could easily stroll to the nearby city park, which was perfect for relaxation and walks. It was just a short walk to downtown Rapid City where we enjoyed the local dining scene and galleries.

We loved taking advantage of the heated jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing, perfect for unwinding. The only hiccup was the parking situation during a big concert, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time! 😊

The Gold Bison in the atrium served some of the best toasted sandwiches I’ve ever had—totally a must-try! Plus, the staff's friendliness made dining feel like an inviting chat over a home-cooked meal. The location’s just a hop away from downtown, bursting with quirky shops and eats!

If motion sickness hits you hard, the glass elevators might give you the spins. Plus, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of room amenities. Still, the drink coupon and complimentary breakfast tickets were a nice touch!

I had a pleasant stay while exploring the local attractions and found the location to be very convenient. However, there were a couple of hiccups with the airport shuttle service due to some confusion about scheduling, but the morning staff managed to assist me in getting to the airport on time. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience despite a few minor issues.

The room had an outdated feel, with stained carpets and a lingering musty smell that wasn't very appealing. An unfortunate downer was the unreliable key cards, requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door. Prices for food and drinks are on the higher side, which can catch you off guard, especially after hitting the road through numerous states.

The lobby's airy atrium and inviting decor felt warm and welcoming, like a cozy hug from an old friend. The spacious hallways made it easy to navigate, even with my walker in tow.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Rapid City. The friendly staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool could have used some extra care. A great experience exploring Americana!
