great service but noise could improve
I appreciated how the front desk stored my luggage before check-in, allowing me to enjoy lunch freely. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and the staff was attentive to all my requests.
The noise from the nearby events could be disruptive at times.

We loved taking advantage of the heated jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing, perfect for unwinding. The only hiccup was the parking situation during a big concert, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time! 😊

The Gold Bison in the atrium served some of the best toasted sandwiches I’ve ever had—totally a must-try! Plus, the staff's friendliness made dining feel like an inviting chat over a home-cooked meal. The location’s just a hop away from downtown, bursting with quirky shops and eats!
If motion sickness hits you hard, the glass elevators might give you the spins. Plus, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of room amenities. Still, the drink coupon and complimentary breakfast tickets were a nice touch!

I had a pleasant stay while exploring the local attractions and found the location to be very convenient. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the room was clean and tidy, which added to my overall comfort. However, there were a couple of hiccups with the airport shuttle service due to some confusion about scheduling, but the morning staff managed to assist me in getting to the airport on time. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience despite a few minor issues.

My stay was quite enjoyable. Compared to my last visit to a different hotel in rapid city, this place exceeded my expectations with clean rooms and a cute atmosphere. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff were friendly.

missingWrote a review on Jul 09outdated room
The room had an outdated feel, with stained carpets and a lingering musty smell that wasn't very appealing. An unfortunate downer was the unreliable key cards, requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door. Prices for food and drinks are on the higher side, which can catch you off guard, especially after hitting the road through numerous states.

The lobby's airy atrium and inviting decor felt warm and welcoming, like a cozy hug from an old friend. The spacious hallways made it easy to navigate, even with my walker in tow.
More seating in common areas would be nice.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all our requests were met during our stay. The dining experience was particularly enjoyable, with the restaurant offering a variety of delicious meals. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, just a short distance from downtown. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement as I noticed some stains on the carpet.
